Blyzzy from Rochester, NY is using music to share his journey about growing up in the small upstate city. After writing for roughly 6 years he has opened up to sharing his story and having the audience feel his spirit. His creative process is purely organic, focusing on the vibe and speaking from the heart with no filter. He’s inspired by the greats, such as Lil Wayne and Michael Jackson but studies the smooth melodies of 90s R&B music as a resource of creativity.

All of this reflects his self-made brand “Talent over Politics” which is a phrase he’s lived by after seeing the lack of light shed on the talented individuals in his hometown. He plans on building his brand along with his music ultimately turning it into his own independent deal. His latest single “Workers Release” is a powerful statement on his current position as an artist, as he is not looking to play anymore and has too many supporters around him to risk losing everything he’s working for. This will be featured on his upcoming project “Pain and Suffering” along with more edgy bars and contemporary R&B tracks that showcase his versatility.
